Family portrait photography Birmingham – Helena, Elizabeth & Sam

I’ve been dying to blog this shoot for a couple of weeks as it’s one of my favourite portrait shoots recently. It’s hard to believe when you look at the Autumn colours that this was just a few weeks ago, winter seems to have arrived really quickly.

Sisters, Elizabeth and Helena and their Cousin Sam, recently got together to create some portraits for their Grandparents Christmas present. I was a bitterly cold day in Walsall and Sam had a real stinker of a cold making him feel a bit under the weather, however after seeing how much fun his cousins were having throwing leaves at me, he decided to join in towards the end of the shoot. I don’t think the kids could quite believe their luck when I told them they could attack me with leaves, they thought it was hilarious. This shoot was exactly why I love my job, children having fun and being themselves….the result, a mixture of relaxed, modern childrens portraits. I had so many favourites from this shoot it’s quite a big post.
